Job Description

* Lead a ground-up luxury residence valued at approximately $100M
* Own project planning, budgets, schedules, and execution
* Coordinate architects, designers, trades, and consultants
* Manage client communication throughout the construction lifecycle
* Maintain exacting standards for quality, finish, and delivery

The Successful Applicant

* Extensive luxury custom residential construction experience
* Delivered homes valued at $50M+; $80M+ strongly preferred
* Strong ground-up construction and high-end finishes expertise
* Proven leadership of complex project teams and subcontractors
* Polished communicator with Palm Beach County experience
