About Our Client
Our client is a General Contractor with a strong track record throughout Florida building a variety of Commercial and Multifamily Projects.
Job Description
- Manage ground-up multifamily projects from award through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities.
- Monitor project costs and ensure profitability goals are achieved.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal agencies.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, schedule impacts, and cost overruns.
- Ensure projects are executed safely while meeting quality and schedule expectations.
- Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a multifamily general contractor.
- Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
- Strong experience with cast-in-place concrete structures.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $20M to $100M+.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software.
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive project performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
