Job Description

* Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout
* Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and design teams
* Track budgets, procurement activities, and project schedules
* Assist with quality control and project reporting requirements

The Successful Applicant

* 3-7 years of construction experience with a GC or developer
* Ground-up multifamily experience preferred
* Knowledge of project documentation and contract administration
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Team-oriented professional with a long-term career mindset
