Job Description

* Lead construction operations on a large ground-up multifamily project
* Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and financial reporting
* Coordinate owners, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
* Drive project safety, quality, and schedule performance objectives
* Oversee project documentation, procurement, and closeout activitie

The Successful Applicant

* 5-10+ years of project management experience in construction
* Ground-up multifamily or affordable housing experience preferred
* Proven ability to manage large project budgets and schedules
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Experience with reputable general contractors or developers
