Job Description

* Lead project execution from preconstruction through final turnover
* Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
* Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field teams
* Monitor financial performance and project milestones
* Maintain client communication and project documentation

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
* Experience managing luxury multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects
* Strong scheduling, budgeting, and documentation skills
* Ability to make independent decisions and drive accountability
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
