Job Description

* Lead all onsite construction activities for a large retail development project
* Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and quality standards
* Coordinate daily operations with project management and ownership teams
* Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with established SOPs
* Drive schedule adherence, budget performance, and successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of commercial construction experience
* Proven Superintendent experience on projects valued at $30M-$50M+
* Background with Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, national grocers, or large retail developments
* Strong knowledge of concrete-intensive construction and high-end finishes
* Demonstrated stability with consistent tenure and long-term career progression

Salary: $125,000-$145,000 base salary plus performance bonus
* Vehicle allowance of $600-$800 per month
