Video Editor - Podcast & Short-Form ContentX Strategies
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to edit long-form podcast episodes and produce engaging short-form clips optimized for social platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong editing instincts, attention to detail, and an understanding of pacing, storytelling, color, and audio polish across platforms like Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.
Edit long-form podcast episodes (video and audio).
Create short-form clips and highlights optimized for social media distribution.
Add basic motion graphics, captions, and visual enhancements to improve retention and clarity.
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and align with creative goals.
Incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently to deliver final assets on time.
- Proven experience editing video content, including end-to-end post-production workflows. (3 years minimum)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. (3 years minimum)
- Ability to take direction and feedback and make revisions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, pacing, and storytelling.
- Comfortable adapting edits to match different platform requirements and audience expectations.
- Experience using Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, animations, transitions). (3 years minimum)
- Experience editing podcasts or interview-style content.
- Familiarity with modern captioning styles and on-screen text conventions for short-form platforms.
