Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a rewarding pediatric home care opportunity? Aveanna Healthcare is seeking dependable RNs to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for pediatric patients in the Wellington area. Two cases with different schedules are available!

🩺 CASE 1: Wellington, FL 33449

• Care Needs: G-Tube

• Schedule: Multiple day shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Hours: Up to 36 hours per week

• Case Highlights: Provide individualized care in a home setting with a designated patient room. Safe patient-handling procedures must be followed, with assistance obtained when needed.

🩺 CASE 2: Wellington, FL 33414

• Care Needs: G-Tube

• Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; overnight shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Hours: Up to 36 hours per week

• Case Highlights: The patient attends a pediatric day program Monday through Wednesday. Nursing coverage is needed for available home-care shifts.

• Active Florida RN license.

• Pediatric nursing experience, especially with G-tube care.

Qualifications   

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days   
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)   
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required   
• Must have reliable transportation
