Job Description

* Manage all day-to-day site operations and field teams
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
* Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
* Monitor project progress and resolve field challenges
* Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

* Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
* Commercial construction experience required
* Multifamily experience preferred
* Large urban or concrete construction experience preferred
* Strong tenure and history delivering complex projects
