Job Description

* Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
* Utilise Procore to maintain project documentation, reporting, and workflow management
* Oversee concrete and Type III/Type V wood-frame construction activities
* Drive project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives

The Successful Applicant

* Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
* Multifamily, commercial, or municipal project background
* Strong schedule and budget management skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* Desire for long-term growth within the organization

What's on Offer

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000+ base (negotiable based on experience)
* Annual bonus opportunity of 15-20%
