Job Description

* Manage multiple ground-up and large-scale construction projects simultaneously
* Lead scheduling, project execution, and client communications
* Support buyout activities and subcontractor management
* Coordinate project teams to achieve budget, quality, and timeline goals
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

* Current Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with GC experience
* Background in multifamily, commercial, municipal, or large urban construction
* Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
* Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
* Stable career history with 3+ years of tenure at previous employers
