Job Description

* Oversee project execution from preconstruction to closeout
* Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting
* Coordinate subcontractors and project stakeholders
* Drive project quality, safety, and client satisfaction
* Support business development and relationship-building efforts

The Successful Applicant

* Project Manager experience with a General Contractor
* Multifamily, commercial, or municipal project background
* Strong schedule and budget management skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
