Job Description

* Oversee daily field operations and site safety
* Manage subcontractor performance and scheduling
* Coordinate project milestones with project management teams
* Ensure quality control and project execution standards
* Drive projects toward on-time and on-budget completion

The Successful Applicant

* Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
* Commercial construction background required
* Multifamily experience preferred
* Concrete and large urban project experience preferred
* Strong tenure and successful project delivery history
