Job Description

• Lead concrete construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate daily construction activities to keep concrete work moving forward.
• Review project plans, schedules, and work requirements before construction begins.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and address issues that affect delivery.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to align concrete work with overall construction needs.
• Track project details and communicate updates throughout the construction process.
• Review completed concrete work against project requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Concrete Sr. PM' should have:

• Experience managing concrete construction projects.
• Experience coordinating construction schedules and project activities.
• Ability to review project plans and translate requirements into clear work priorities.
• Experience monitoring construction progress and resolving project issues.
• Ability to communicate project updates with construction stakeholders.
• Knowledge of concrete construction methods and project delivery needs.
