Job Description

• Lead construction projects from early planning through closeout, keeping work aligned with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking to support timely delivery.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to keep construction activities moving forward.
• Review project progress and resolve day-to-day issues that affect cost, timing, or quality of work.
• Manage project documentation, including plans, updates, meeting notes, and change records.
• Monitor project budgets and communicate cost updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to review construction progress and confirm work follows approved project requirements.
• Provide clear project status updates throughout the construction lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager-Tampa-Construction should have:

• Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to track project progress and address issues affecting delivery.
• Experience reviewing construction work through regular site visits.
• Clear communication skills for sharing project updates and requirements.
