The Palms at Sebring is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CNA Activities Assistant to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and implement activities for residents, including social events, games, arts and crafts, and outings
Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement activity programs that meet the needs and interests of our residents
Supervise and assist CNAs with daily living activities, such as grooming, bathing, and dressing
Assist with medication management and monitoring resident care
Record and report resident participation and progress in activities
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control standards
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years of experience in a healthcare or senior living setting
Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
