Job Description
- Lead all phases of a ground-up multifamily construction project from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost control activities
- Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
- Oversee field operations alongside Superintendents and support staff to maintain project objectives
- Drive project performance related to schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Pompano Beach Multifamily should have:
- Proven Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractor
- Ground-up multifamily construction experience required
- Background delivering projects valued at $30M+
- Experience on mid-rise residential projects up to 12 stories preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
