Job Description

* Manage daily field operations on an active healthcare project
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
* Conduct safety meetings and maintain project documentation
* Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are met
* Collaborate with project teams to achieve milestone targets

The Successful Applicant

* 4-6 years of Superintendent experience with a GC
* Healthcare renovation or ground-up project experience
* Experience on projects valued at $100M+ preferred
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
* Strong safety, scheduling, and coordination skills
