Job Description
Assist with day-to-day field operations on active construction sites
Support Superintendents and Project Managers with coordination and reporting
Track RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation
Utilize client-specific construction software and internal PM systems
Participate in site walks, inspections, and progress tracking
Coordinate with subcontractors to support schedule and sequencing
Help maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards on site

The Successful Applicant
1-3 years of experience in construction (internships count)
Bachelor's degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or similar are a plus)
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn field operations
Clear communicator who works well with field and office teams
Interest in big-box, retail, or large commercial construction
Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow within a GC environment
