Job Description

* Assist field leadership with the execution of ground-up retail construction projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and daily site activities
* Maintain project documentation, RFIs, schedules, and progress reports
* Support quality control and ensure work is completed to project standards
* Promote jobsite safety and participate in site meetings with project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

* 1-4 years of commercial construction experience or a Construction Management degree
* Experience on ground-up projects; big box retail experience is highly preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to travel throughout Florida as project needs require
* Motivated to develop into a Superintendent or Project Management role
