Job Description

* Manage commercial ground-up and major renovation projects valued up to $50M

* Own buyouts, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project financials

* Lead client, consultant, and internal project team communication

* Drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout

* Utilize Procore and other tools to maintain project performance and accountability

The Successful Applicant

* 8-15+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience

* Demonstrated history of career stability and strong tenure with employers

* Experience leading projects up to $50M as the primary PM

* Strong knowledge of scheduling, buyouts, scopes, and cost control

* Healthcare, AHCA, Higher Education, Office, or Institutional project experience preferred
