- Ensure adherence to all food safety standards
- Maintain outstanding cleanliness and organization
- Bartend as MOD/keyholder
- Feel comfortable handling money and closing up

Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Min. 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
- Min. 21 years or older
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
