Job Summary
On Time Delivery & Installation Service, LLC is a growing Florida-based delivery, installation, and logistics company serving residential and large-scale commercial clients statewide (hotels, home builders, multifamily/commercial redevelopment). We're expanding into plumbing-related scope and looking for a licensed Certified Plumbing Contractor (CFC) to serve as our qualifying agent.
What we're offering:
- Monthly qualifier compensation ($1,500 per month, 10 hours per week)
- Steady, established pipeline of commercial and residential work — you're not qualifying a shell operation
- Genuine operational involvement (we want real oversight, not a license-in-name-only arrangement)
What we need:
- Active, Florida CFC license
- Willingness to provide reasonable oversight of plumbing work performed under the license
- Good standing with DBPR
If you're a licensed CFC in Florida looking for a qualifying opportunity with a stable, established business, I'd love to talk. Happy to share more about the company, the work pipeline, and discuss terms.
Flexible work from home options available.
