Job Description

* Manage day-to-day field operations from project startup through closeout
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics to maintain schedules
* Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with project requirements
* Monitor quality control and resolve field issues proactively
* Communicate project progress, risks, and milestones with stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

* 2-5 years of Superintendent experience in construction
* Experience delivering commercial buildouts and/or high-end residential projects
* Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Salary: $120,000-$150,000 DOE
