Job Description

* Manage punch list activities for luxury multifamily residential units and common areas
* Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of outstanding work
* Support the Lead Superintendent with daily field operations and project execution
* Track progress, quality, and closeout activities using construction management software
* Maintain safety, scheduling, and quality standards throughout project delivery

The Successful Applicant

* 5-10+ years of construction experience, ideally in multifamily projects
* Background in mid-rise or high-rise apartments, condominiums, or residential communities
* Experience managing punch list, closeout, or turnover activities
* Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Excel, MS Project, or Primavera
* Experience with a general contractor or relevant subcontractor highly preferred
