Job Description

* Oversee daily site operations on healthcare renovation projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
* Maintain project schedules and quality standards
* Ensure compliance with healthcare facility requirements
* Lead safety initiatives and field reporting activities

The Successful Applicant

* 8-10 years of superintendent experience
* Proven healthcare renovation background
* Strong leadership and field coordination skills
* Located within 45 minutes of Kendall/Central Miami-Dade
* Able to provide 3 professional references and detailed reasons for leaving prior roles
