Job Description

* Assist Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination
* Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, and construction documentation
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement activities
* Track project milestones and help maintain cost and schedule controls
* Support field and office teams to ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

* 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or project engineering
* Residential construction experience preferred; luxury experience is a plus
* Strong organizational and document management skills
* Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and desire to grow professionally
