Job Description

* Manage multifamily mid-rise projects from construction through closeout
* Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project reporting
* Coordinate with field teams to maintain quality and safety standards
* Lead client communication and ensure project milestones are achieved
* Support preconstruction efforts for upcoming developments and future work

* Experience managing multifamily mid-rise construction projects
* Open to a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to step into a PM role
* Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contracts
* Effective communicator with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
* Collaborative professional who values culture and long-term relationships

Salary: $130,000-$160,000 for a Project Manager | $100,000-$120,000 for a strong Assistant Project Manager ready to advance
