Job Description

* Support the Project Manager in managing multifamily mid-rise projects from start to finish
* Assist with budgeting, contracts, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
* Track project schedules, cost reports, and project documentation
* Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
* Contribute to preconstruction efforts for upcoming ground-up developments

The Successful Applicant

* 2+ years of construction project management experience
* Multifamily experience preferred, mid-rise exposure highly desirable
* Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, and construction documentation
* Organized communicator comfortable working with field and office teams
* Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role in the near term
