Unarmed Foot patrolling GuardKS Services (Kent Security)

-Conduct continuous heavy foot patrols throughout residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. -Patrol parking garages, stairwells, hallways, building perimeters, common areas, and exterior grounds. -Observe and report suspicious persons, vehicles, and activities. -Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and requests for assistance. -Enforce company policies, property rules, and safety procedures. Monitor entrances and exits to help prevent unauthorized access. -Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and maintenance reports. -Identify and report safety hazards, damaged property, or maintenance concerns. -Assist residents, tenants, visitors, and employees with directions and general customer service. -De-escalate conflicts and maintain a calm, professional demeanor during difficult situations. -Contact law enforcement, fire departments, or emergency medical services when necessary. -Maintain constant visibility throughout the property to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other criminal activity. -Perform routine inspections of doors, gates, lighting, emergency exits, and fire safety equipment. -Provide professional communication with supervisors regarding incidents and operational concerns.
