British Swim School of Greater Miami is looking for an energetic, dependable, and outgoing Swim Instructor to join our North Miami Beach team.
This is more than just a swim instructor position. You’ll help children build confidence in the water while teaching important water survival and swimming skills that can last a lifetime.
What You’ll Do
As a Swim Instructor, you will:
- Teach fun and engaging swim and water-survival lessons
- Work with swimmers of different ages and skill levels
- Keep students moving, learning, and having fun throughout their lesson
- Encourage swimmers and celebrate their progress
- Follow British Swim School safety and teaching standards
- Build positive relationships with swimmers and their families
- Help students progress through our swim levels
- Communicate with the deck team about student progress and concerns
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming pool environment
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Willing to learn and receive coaching
- Excited to make a difference
Previous swim teaching experience is a plus, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are just as important.
