Provide administrative support in a legal office environment, including document management and filing.
Manage correspondence and maintain organized records.
Assist with client communications in German, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Support case management tasks, including document review and transcription.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold legal standards in all interactions.
Native fluency in German (written and spoken) is required. Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
Strong legal administrative experience, including document review and case management is helpful
Excellent writing and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
