Job Description

* Manage luxury residential projects from preconstruction to closeout
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
* Maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
* Communicate regularly with homeowners and stakeholders
* Oversee construction activities and project reporting

The Successful Applicant

* Experience managing high-end residential construction projects
* Strong client-facing communication skills
* Ability to oversee multiple project phases simultaneously
* Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contracts
* Track record delivering quality custom home projects

What's on Offer

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000+ + bonus + benefits
