Thanks for your time meeting today. Ty and I are excited for opportunity to welcome you to the team. Below is what we came up with and my thoughts on where you can be in terms of total compensation.

• $75,000 base salary paid weekly on Friday
• 10% commission on all new business you bring in through outside sales efforts

• • This would decrease to 5% on the clients who are new in 2025 in 2026
  • The 10% would remain in effect on new business you bring in through outside sales efforts in 2026

• 2% commission on all business through inside sales efforts
• 8% commission on increase in business from selected list of 15-20 current clients (2025 revenue of these clients versus 2024 revenue of same)

• • We would come up with a similar list each subsequent year
  • We would look at this at the end of each month and pay based on any increase over the total revenue from the previous year

• Commissions are paid monthly on the first check after the 14th of the month after the commission is earned

• • For example, February 2025 commissions are paid on March 21
  • Must be employed at time commissions are paid

• We look at all compensation plans near the end of each year, to come up with plan for the following year
