Job Description
- Manage 2 concurrent construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, budgets, and schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Utilise Procore and Primavera P6 to manage project delivery and reporting
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Jacksonville Hospitality & Multifamily should have:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
- Experience in hospitality, multifamily, assisted living, or wood-frame construction
- Strong ability to independently lead projects without dedicated APM support
- Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6 is required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
