Job Description

* Lead day-to-day site operations for a 5-story, $12M self-storage project
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities
* Manage structural steel and masonry construction from start to finish
* Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of work
* Collaborate with project management, ownership, and field teams to resolve issues

The Successful Applicant

* 5-7+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent or similar role
* Proven self-storage project experience required
* Experience managing structural steel and masonry construction
* Stable work history with no more than 3 employers in the past 10 years
* Strong communication, scheduling, and field leadership skills

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 plus benefits
* $600/month vehicle allowance plus gas card
