Job Description

• Manage municipal construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services required for project execution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and municipal authorities.
• Identify opportunities for future projects and contribute to business development efforts.
