Job Summary
Essential Food Runner Duties:
- Greets resident and guests. Learn residents by name.
- Describe dishes and provide information regarding menu to residents and guests.
- Expedites food out of the window to guests.
- Deliver food to tables/pool deck.
- Carries dirty dishes from dining room/pool deck to kitchen.
- Cleans tabletops and chairs with sanitizer.
- Replaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glassware.
- Replenishes supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes in dining room.
- Cleans and polishes glass shelves and doors of service areas and equipment such as coffee urns and cream and milk dispensers.
- Makes coffee and iced tea.
- Assists in sweeping and mopping floors of kitchen and dining rooms.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Hours/Days: Schedule includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
