Job Description

* Lead project execution from preconstruction through closeout
* Manage budgets, schedules, buyout, and subcontractors
* Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
* Coordinate closely with field leadership and ownership
* Drive financial, schedule, quality, and client objectives

The Successful Applicant

* Ground-up luxury multifamily or mixed-use experience
* Strong construction management and documentation skills
* Degree in construction, engineering, or architecture preferred
* Able to independently make and own project decisions
* Experience managing complex structural and finish scopes
