Job Description

• Manage daily field operations and subcontractor activities
• Drive schedule adherence and milestone achievement
• Maintain project safety and quality control standards
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and site logistics
• Collaborate closely with project management and ownership team

The Successful Applicant

* Experience leading ground-up commercial or multifamily projects
* Strong scheduling and site coordination capabilities
* Proven leadership managing multiple subcontractors
* Ability to resolve field challenges proactively
* Strong understanding of construction sequencing and safety practices
