What YOU Will Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.
- Service commercial properties including grocery stores, retail locations, and property management facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical controls, including high- and low-voltage systems.
- Identify system issues, recommend preventive maintenance solutions, and ensure reliable equipment operation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Complete service calls efficiently while adhering to company safety standards and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training.
- Be available for on-call rotations as needed..
What We Need From YOU:
- Minimum of 5 years of Commercial HVAC/R and Plumbing experience (required).
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Experience with BAS and DDC controls (a plus).
- Strong HVAC electrical aptitude and technical ability.
- Universal EPA certification.
