Job Description

* Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout

* Lead project scheduling, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration

* Oversee budgets, forecasting, change orders, and project financial performance

* Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and trade partners

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

The Successful Applicant

* Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects

* Strong project financial management and forecasting skills

* Ability to independently lead projects from inception to completion

* Experience working in a lean, hands-on construction environment

* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
