Job Description

* Manage all phases of a historic restoration project from preconstruction through closeout
* Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance
* Coordinate with owners, consultants, and preservation stakeholders
* Monitor project quality, safety, and contract compliance
* Lead project reporting and risk management activities

The Successful Applicant

* 4-6 years of Project Management experience with a GC
* Historic restoration or renovation project experience required
* Experience delivering projects valued at $40M+
* Strong financial, contractual, and scheduling knowledge
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
