Job Description
* Support execution of a $50M ground-up luxury residential project
* Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and project documentation
* Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
* Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones
* Assist with onsite quality control, client communication, and reporting

The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
* 2-5+ years of construction experience, preferably in high-end residential projects
* Strong understanding of construction documents and project controls
* Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
