Job Description

* Oversee daily field operations for a ground-up luxury residential project exceeding $30M
* Perform and verify project layout without reliance on subcontractors
* Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics
* Drive schedule, quality, and safety performance throughout construction
* Maintain an active field presence and resolve issues proactively with project stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of construction experience with significant luxury residential project exposure
* Proven track record delivering ground-up custom homes valued at $30M+
* Strong layout capabilities and deep understanding of field construction practices
* Hands-on leadership style with consistent jobsite engagement
* Ability to manage high-end finishes, demanding clients, and complex project teams
