Job Description

* Lead all field operations on a large-scale retail construction project valued at $30M+
* Drive schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance from groundbreaking through turnover
* Coordinate daily activities with project management, owners, and trade partners
* Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with established SOPs and processes
* Build strong client relationships while representing the company's standards in the field

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of construction experience, including superintendent leadership responsibilities
* Track record delivering commercial projects valued at $30M-$50M+
* Experience with big-box retail, travel centers, grocery, or similar large-scale developments
* Stable employment history with demonstrated career progression and strong tenure
* Process-driven leader with excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Salary: $130,000-$150,000 base salary plus performance bonus
* Vehicle allowance of $600-$800 per month plus bonus eligibility
