Job Description

* Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project risk
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
* Review project progress and maintain accurate reporting processes
* Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance across all phases

The Successful Applicant

* 5+ years of construction project management experience
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* Experience with Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling software
* Background in retail, banking, office, restaurant, or commercial projects
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities

Salary: $150,000-$180,000 base (flexibility for exceptional candidates) plus 10-15% bonus potential
