Job Description
- Manage construction projects from planning through completion
- Control budgets, schedules, procurement, and project reporting
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance standards
- Lead project meetings and drive successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Retail & Commercial Construction should have:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software
- Background in retail, restaurants, banking, office, or commercial construction
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
