Donation Acquisition Manager (St Petersburg)Goodwill Industries-Suncoast

Job Summary:  Supervises Donation Acquisition, the GIS White Glove Service and associated staff. Develops strategies and implements programs to increase donations through corporate big box partnerships, individual donation drives, community partnerships, weekend garage sales, school & college drives, theme park and hotel lost and found, airport and airline lost and found, property management partnerships, and other activities, which result in acquiring additional donation sources.

Job Requirements:  High school diploma or GED at minimum.Desire a minimum of 3 years previous experience in sales; requires someone with a vigilant approach to developing new relationships and donation streams. Must be comfortable with cold calling techniques and rejection from potential donors. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks.
