Housekeeper/Maintenance Worker (Tampa)Goodwill Industries-Suncoast

Job Summary:  Responsible for the overall housekeeping and appearance of the common areas of the physical facility. Performs routine daily housekeeping chores in the common areas of the project to include the offices, laundry rooms, hallways, community room, kitchen, stairwells, and public restrooms.

Job Requirements:  High school or GED graduate; or equivalent in work experience. Two to three years experience working in a janitorial capacity is preferred; and some experience in industry and/or construction performing maintenance repairs. Subject to alcohol and drug testing. Subject to criminal history background checks
